Well, at these times because you are sitting down, you can do contractions of the belly and constantly keep your tummy on the move.
Secondly, another solution for how to lose belly fat is doing bent leg curls which are very effective. Lie down on the floor on your back and put your legs behind your things after curling them up. Your feet should be flat on the ground. Now move up close to your thighs and go down again. Repeat and you will have the answer to how to lose belly fat.
